**Summary of stay terms & conditions – key conditions to note to avoid any additional charges after check out **
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
The Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. No additional guests are permitted at anytime. Any additional guests will result in immediate eviction and loss of security bond or the right to charge additionally per person.
Strict “No Party Policy Applies” Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
The bond will be refunded within 7 days in full subject to all conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Adrienne’s Country Retreat is strictly a smoke free environment, smoking is prohibited inside the entire house including games room.
Cigarette Butts – Please ensure NO cigarette butts are left anywhere on the property this includes paved areas, floors, driveway, garden beds or lawns. All cigarette butts should be disposed of thoughtfully. An excess cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for the removal of cigarette butts.
BBQ and oven must be cleaned prior to departure. And left in the same condition as to how it was found or a $100 cleaning fee will be imposed.
Dishes are washed and put away, including dishwasher being emptied otherwise we will be required to deduct $50 from your bond.
Loss – the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
**Local Residents & Noise**
“No Noise policy” applies at all times of the day and night. Can I kindly remind you that Adrienne’s Country Retreat is in a residential neighbourhood, therefore we request that there is NO noise/music that will disturb our friendly neighbour’s in anyway. Thankyou for respecting this. Breach of this condition will result in immediate loss of security bond and eviction.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
**We request that upon departure you observe the following: **
Please observe our checkout time of 10am (unless otherwise agreed prior) as our housekeeper will be servicing the property for the next guest.
Please ensure the house is left completely secure upon your departure. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked, the key is returned to the meter box.
Ensure all heaters / air-conditioners, televisions and lights are switched off. (Please ensure all outdoor lights are also switched off)
There is a departure check list, please insure you have complied.
